Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Seeking two highly experienced Senior Contracts Managers in a full-time capacity, these roles will lead complex federal contracting, subcontracting, compliance, and proposal activities, supporting the full acquisition lifecycle while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract and subcontract lifecycle execution, including negotiation, administration, and closeout across various contract types
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and manage risks associated with federal contract vehicles
• Mentor contracts personnel and partner with stakeholders to support enterprise initiatives and complex contract activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or NCMA certification preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on federal contracting experience with direct ownership of contract execution
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, GSAM, and federal procurement regulations
• Substantial experience with Cost-Reimbursable contract types and associated government compliance
• Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and administer subcontracting and teaming arrangements
