Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Supporting commercial activities across North America and globally, the fully remote Senior Contracts Manager will manage, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while serving as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of customer and supplier commercial agreements
• Provide strategic contract support for product innovation initiatives and technology-driven agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely contract review and improve contracting processes

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment
• Significant experience with technology, software, and SaaS agreements
• Experience supporting product development and strategic partnership agreements is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required; JD is preferred
• Prior experience with global or cross-border contracting activities is a plus
