Job Summary

Leading complex healthcare technology contracting activities, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, advise senior stakeholders on contractual risks, and enhance contract governance through automation and AI tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end contract lifecycle management for complex agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Advises senior leaders on contractual risks and business impacts to support informed decision-making
• Optimizes contract lifecycle management systems and workflows to improve visibility and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field
• 8 years of progressive contracts management experience, including complex technology agreements
• Advanced knowledge of commercial vendor and customer contract structures, particularly in healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations
• Ability to develop and manage contract templates and governance standards
