Senior Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic development and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will manage complex contract negotiations, optimize commercial terms, and ensure robust contract governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex EPC contract negotiations, managing commercial terms, scope, and pricing to mitigate risks
- Develop and implement comprehensive contract governance frameworks to ensure compliance and optimal positioning across projects
- Drive strategic initiatives for contract lifecycle management, focusing on efficiency and value enhancement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of six years' experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in the solar or construction industry
- Experience with complex engineering, construction, and procurement contracts
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; law degree is a plus
- Familiarity with project or contract management software such as Procore or Malbek
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
