Senior Contracts Representative

Job Summary

Senior Contracts Representative, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of contracts in a full-time role, overseeing proposals, monitoring contracts, and negotiating agreements while ensuring compliance and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate contract proposals and monitor contract performance
• Negotiate Teaming Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, and other legal instruments
• Identify contract risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance is required
• BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's or Juris Doctor degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of various contract types, including T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and legal agreements
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
