Senior Contracts Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the US and Canadian sales organizations, the full-time Senior Contracts Representative will manage and administer a variety of customer agreements, interpret contractual terms, assess risks, and collaborate with internal teams to address contractual requirements, all within a largely remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and administer standard and non-standard customer agreements, identifying terms that require additional review or escalation
• Assess contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies in alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate contractual issues and manage escalation processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and/or work experience
• 4+ years of experience in contract administration or management
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting commercial agreements and contractual documents
• Strong understanding of commercial contract concepts and the ability to resolve contractual issues
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Legal
