Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage and negotiate various commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft various agreements including SaaS, reseller, and NDAs
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Support legal and corporate governance initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of contract review and management experience in a technology company
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based business models
• Hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Ability to develop strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with contract management and drafting tools
