Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist - Indirect Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and evaluate agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with performance requirements
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other experts to resolve inconsistencies in contracts
• Conduct training on contract policies and manage contract administration tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in legal, business administration, or related field, or Paralegal Certification
• 5 to 7 years of direct experience in contracting and/or law firm experience
• Knowledge of contractual/legal terms and conditions
• Experience in a healthcare industry consulting environment is preferred
