Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist - Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and evaluate agreements for accuracy and compliance with performance requirements and obligations
• Coordinate with internal experts to resolve inconsistencies in contract content and manage legal review processes
• Develop and conduct training on contract policies for stakeholders and maintain contractual document management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in legal, business administration, grant/contract management, or a related field, or Paralegal Certification
• Five to seven years of direct experience in contracting or law firm experience
• Working knowledge of contractual/legal terms and conditions
• Experience in a healthcare industry consulting environment is preferred
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
