Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage and administer various contracts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and develop contracts in accordance with applicable laws and policies
  • Manage the Contract Management System, including record creation and updates
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient contract administration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, paralegal degree, or Juris Doctorate
  • Four years of contracting or legal-related experience may substitute for the degree requirement
  • Experience in negotiating and administering public or private service contracts
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with experience in Smartsheet
  • Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively in diverse environments
