Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the development of complex proposals and contracts, the full-time Senior Proposals & Contracts Specialist will collaborate with the Sales Team in a fully remote capacity to support new and existing business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop proposals and contracts while consulting with the Sales Team
• Gather and provide complex information for proposals with oversight from the Proposals & Contracts lead
• Lead proposals of increasing complexity, ensuring alignment with project requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required
• 5 - 7 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient experience with Salesforce
• Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
