Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the contract execution process, the remote Senior Contracts Specialist will manage the preparation and routing of clinical contracts, assist with reviews, and coordinate internal approvals while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the preparation and routing of clinical contracts and change orders, ensuring timely processing and documentation
• Coordinates the internal review and signature process across legal, finance, and clinical teams, tracking contract progress
• Assists with process improvement initiatives and maintains contract tracking systems for accuracy and accessibility

Required qualifications

• BS/BA preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in the biotech or pharma industry
• Basic understanding of contract structure and financial documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
