Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to execution, for an assigned region
Prepare, send, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with prospects and customers
Update and maintain documentation related to contracts processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or a similar relevant field
Familiarity with US contract law
At least three years of experience preparing sales contracts and other business agreements
Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
