Senior Control Center Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Control Center Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily assessment of asset operational status and prioritize investigation and remediation of issues
• Manage asset dispatch based on platform directives
• Respond to changing conditions to maximize plant safety and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems or Asset/Building management systems to monitor and run a portfolio of energy assets
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience operating assets for an electrical or other utility, renewable energy, or other municipal service provider
• Experience operating battery energy storage systems or experience operating/monitoring renewable or traditional generating facilities required
• Experience using and controlling electrical meters, relays, PLC's, and RTACs
• Knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts
