Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller to oversee the finance team and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger and financial reporting
• Establish and maintain internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting processes, and provide performance insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role
• Retail industry experience required; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
