Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller (Multi-Unit) to oversee its finance team and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Establish and maintain internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting processes, providing performance insights to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• 6+ years in a Controller or Senior Controller role with 3+ years managing a team
• Multi-unit experience overseeing a minimum of 40 locations required; retail or beauty experience preferred
• Strong understanding of multi-state environments and experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
