Senior Controller

Job Summary

Overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment, the full-time Senior Controller will drive process improvements, manage consolidations, and partner with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and financial close processes
• Lead consolidations and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8 years of accounting/finance experience with progressive leadership responsibility
• Prior experience in the nonprofit and/or education sector
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
• Demonstrated experience with consolidations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
