Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controls Service Specialist to provide technical support for service agreements and scheduled tasks in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building systems according to service agreement terms
Respond to customer service calls for troubleshooting and repairs, both on-site and remotely
Conduct training for customers and deliver technical support to end users and coworkers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with DDC control systems for commercial buildings
Hands-on experience with BAS controls and knowledge of DDC Control Theory
Niagara N4 Technical Program Certification
Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
