Senior Conversation Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conversation Designer to create intuitive conversational flows for virtual agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and build prototypes for conversational content across various platforms
• Contribute to the development of conversational UI and establish design best practices
• Facilitate user experience improvements using data from user interactions and collaborate across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience with a strong portfolio in conversational flows for virtual agents
• 3 years of technical knowledge in conversational design fundamentals
• Demonstrated knowledge of natural language technology and user experience design processes
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment
