Senior Conversational Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conversational Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs end-to-end user experiences, creates conversational flows, and tests iterations
• Develops conversational AI experiences that engage customers and ensure brand consistency
• Acts as an advisor on user experience design and collaborates with stakeholders on strategy and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of conversational experience, including 5+ years in Content Design and Conversation Design
• 3+ years of experience with Contact Centers, IVR/VUI, and conversational AI projects
• Voice UX experience is required
• Solid knowledge of Virtual Agent technologies such as CCAI Dialogflow and AWS Virtual Assistant preferred
• Basic understanding of machine learning or natural language technology
