Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conversion Analyst/Developer to analyze and convert healthcare data for system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access, extract, and merge data from various sources, ensuring accuracy through data scrubbing techniques
• Collaborate with business experts to develop conversion logic addressing data anomalies
• Design, build, test, and maintain conversion jobs for data transformation into the policy management system

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Conversion Developer or similar role
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• 2+ years of experience working with Databases, SQL
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proven organizational skills and time management abilities
