Job Summary

Owning the CRO testing roadmap, the full-time Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist will analyze website performance and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates for multiple client accounts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRO testing roadmap and prioritize tests across various client accounts
• Translate CRO test results into impactful business narratives for stakeholders
• Conduct audits and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of the Shopify Plus Ecosystem
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies
• Expertise in website design best practices and eCommerce trends
• 5+ years of experience at Shopify Plus agencies, managing multiple clients simultaneously
