Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Accounts and Client Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains contract knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant information for customers
  • Performs administrative updates and assists with system enhancement development and testing
  • Retrieves and resolves customer inquiries and issues while providing backup support to other positions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2-4 years of related experience required
  • Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role highly preferred
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
