Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transactions and Services Senior Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary fiscal support and review fiscal transactions for the Arts & Sciences Business Services Center
  • Serve as a point of contact for faculty and staff regarding fiscal procedures and ensure compliance with university policies
  • Participate in special projects and provide training for those initiating and approving unit transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two years of relevant experience in a business administration, financial, or procurement role
  • Considerable knowledge of university policies, rules, and regulations (desired)
  • Experience utilizing Workday for financial transactions (desired)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (desired)
