Senior Coordinator, Production Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Global Rights, Production Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze license agreements and production deliverables to ensure media rights are secured
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain and submit production deliverables for compliance checks
• Approve rights bible submissions to facilitate the exhibition and sale of programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rights & clearances or post-production role
• Experience with reviewing license agreements and understanding media rights
• Basic knowledge of video production and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with media rights databases and proficiency in Excel and Airtable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
