Job Summary

Senior Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Management ensures accurate recording, application, and reconciliation of incoming customer payments in a full-time capacity to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable and support cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and post insurance and customer payments to the appropriate account
• Reconcile payments posted in customer accounts with bank deposits
• Research unapplied funds and resolve payment discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a related field, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Competent with computer systems and software
