Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with programs within the assigned vertical of the strategic initiatives team
  • Collaborate on various projects with the SI, Transactions, and Operations teams
  • Maintain relationships with operators and vendors to foster collaborative partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in the multifamily industry or similar analyst/coordinator/specialist position
  • Degree in a related field preferred, along with relevant work experience or internship
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functions
  • Developing skills in Power BI or other business intelligence tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
