Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with programs within the assigned vertical of the strategic initiatives team
Collaborate on various projects with the SI, Transactions, and Operations teams
Maintain relationships with operators and vendors to foster collaborative partnerships

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in the multifamily industry or similar analyst/coordinator/specialist position
Degree in a related field preferred, along with relevant work experience or internship
Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functions
Developing skills in Power BI or other business intelligence tools
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
