Key Responsibilities

• Overhaul existing customer communications across various platforms to create engaging and relationship-driven messaging
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and drive long-tail conversion
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and manage the brand's voice across social media and other channels

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on copywriting
• Experience working with consumer startups
• A portfolio showcasing writing and creative work
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven success with email and SMS campaigns
