Job Summary

Working remotely from Ontario, Canada, the full-time Senior Copywriter will craft high-quality content across various channels for five distinct healthcare education brands, collaborating closely with creative teams and mentoring junior writers while leveraging AI tools to enhance production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts while maintaining brand voice
• Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to ensure cohesive integration of copy and design
• Mentor junior Copywriters, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of the team's work

Required qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing writing across digital channels, demonstrating craft and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to adapt writing style to multiple brand voices and audiences
• Experience in higher education or healthcare sectors, with an understanding of adult learner psychology
• Background in high-volume content production environments with a deadline-driven approach
• Advanced use of AI writing tools and experience in designing AI-assisted content workflows
