Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Copywriter will craft high-quality content across various digital channels for multiple healthcare education brands, ensuring brand consistency and compliance while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for email, paid social, digital display, web, and video formats
• Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to integrate copy and design seamlessly across all assets
• Mentor junior Copywriters, providing creative feedback and guidance to enhance overall team output

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating writing across digital channels and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to adapt writing style to multiple brand voices and audience contexts
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven sectors, with an understanding of adult learner psychology
• Background in high-volume content production environments with a deadline-driven approach
• Advanced use of AI writing tools and experience in designing AI-assisted content workflows
