Key responsibilities

• Craft compelling hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Develop multiple distinct copy directions for each brief, exploring diverse angles and emotional registers
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for copy iteration and refinement based on key metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing performance creative in paid media and paid social environments
• 3+ years of agency experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced setting
• Deep platform fluency with an understanding of content structures on various social media platforms
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven creative briefs, treating copy as a test variable
• Proven fluency with AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of output
