Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and design AI-powered systems to drive revenue from the Lead Gen Initiative in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
• Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output effectively
• Lead and develop the copywriting team through mentorship and performance reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
