Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function for a revenue-driven initiative, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will manage a team of conversion copywriters and collaborate with various departments to define copy strategy and build AI-powered systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
• Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output scalability
• Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in a copywriting context
• Experience with North American tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
