Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will drive revenue through AI-augmented systems, manage a team of conversion copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality customer-facing content.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality and consistency
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance productivity and scale output
• Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and implementing AI-powered workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various formats, including email and landing pages
