Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will drive revenue through AI-augmented systems, manage a team of conversion copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure copy quality and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure consistency in customer-facing assets
• Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output efficiently
• Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS environments
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
