Job Summary

Leading BairesDev's copywriting function, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will drive revenue through the Lead Gen Initiative, manage a team of conversion copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality, AI-powered copy across customer-facing assets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality and consistency
• Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output scalability
• Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team through regular performance reviews and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
