Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function remotely, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and design AI-powered systems to drive revenue from the Lead Gen Initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
- Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output effectively
- Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
- Proven experience in leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in copywriting or marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
