Senior Core Engine Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Core Engine Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and extend key subsystems across the game engine stack, from low-level C++ to high-level C# APIs
• Profile and optimize execution timing and resource contention within or between processes
• Improve loading, change tracking, serializing, and synchronizing components and assets in constrained environments

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing or heavily modifying game engine cores or middleware
• Solid C++ and C# skills with knowledge of memory management and real-time optimization
• Technical experience in at least one engine area (e.g., physics, animation)
• Willingness to engage in unfamiliar technical challenges
• Understanding of multithreading and networking concepts is a plus
