Senior Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Corporate Accountant will manage core accounting functions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP while working remotely or in a hybrid model from Minneapolis or New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial analysis
