Senior Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of critical accounting areas, the full-time Senior Corporate Accountant will manage complex account reconciliations, conduct variance analysis, and ensure the integrity of financial data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex monthly reconciliations and maintain compliance with GAAP for assigned GL accounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies within the general ledger, collaborating across departments to implement permanent solutions
• Lead period-over-period variance analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership regarding financial fluctuations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Corporate Accounting or Audit role
• Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar Tier-1 ERP) and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated success in improving data integrity and managing complex reconciliations
• Ability to clearly explain complex accounting movements to non-finance partners
