Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney to transform the legal function and support various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial legal execution, including drafting and negotiating various agreements
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance and support timely go-to-market execution
• Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy and AI-related legal issues, providing practical guidance to business teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Demonstrated expertise in privacy and data protection law, with experience or strong interest in AI law
• Significant experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting regulated businesses, particularly in financial services or fintech
