Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney, Employment & Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, and local labor and employment law issues, partnering with leadership and business teams
• Manage litigation, arbitrations, and disputes, including oversight of outside counsel
• Draft employment-related agreements, policies, and provide training on employment law topics

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
• Proven track record as an employment law advisor to HR teams and business leaders
• Expertise in employment law disciplines such as Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and others
• Experience managing litigation and disputes
