Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer advocacy efforts, managing the lifecycle of customer stories and maintaining relationships
• Support quarterly results logistics by gathering and verifying customer data for executive materials
• Own the system of record for customer references and optimize internal workflows for storytelling execution

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, customer marketing, or a related field
• Proven project management abilities with experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience interacting with senior executives
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools
