Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer advocacy efforts, managing the lifecycle of customer stories and maintaining relationships
- Support quarterly results logistics by gathering and verifying customer data for executive materials
- Own the system of record for customer references and optimize internal workflows for storytelling execution
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, customer marketing, or a related field
- Proven project management abilities with experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience interacting with senior executives
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools
