Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts to ensure advantageous terms from legal and business perspectives
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments and incorporate relevant information into transactional practices
• Develop and enforce contract management software while training others on legal and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• In-house corporate law experience
• Professional experience in Technology, Software, and Clinical Trial Development/Life Sciences
• Familiarity with AI regulations, data privacy law, and corporate governance
• High proficiency with computer systems and contract management software
