Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and finance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
- Offer legal guidance and support on employment related matters
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience at a B2B SaaS company, including 2 years as in-house counsel
- Juris Doctor (JD) or JD equivalent from an accredited law school
- Membership in at least one U.S. State Bar
- Familiarity and awareness of the SaaS industry
- Experience with high growth, B2B SaaS public companies and M&A is a plus
