Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Analyze and interpret contractual terms to provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and manage internal legal team in support of go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 7-10 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department focused on commercial contracts
• Experience supporting go-to-market functions and collaborating with business teams
• People management experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
