Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel (REMOTE East Coast).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product and regional commercial teams to negotiate various legal agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate strategic business agreements and transactions
• Provide legal assistance on corporate governance, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications:

• JD with 8-12 years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience with private and public tender contracting processes
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to identify and resolve legal issues effectively
• Ability to advise on risk exposure while balancing legal risks with business needs
