Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a key legal partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Maintain and improve contract templates and workflows, including privacy-related documents
• Advise on compliance with privacy laws and manage the contract lifecycle process

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4+ years of practical experience negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm or in-house
• Ability to independently manage and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and familiarity with data privacy regulations
• Strong understanding of legal and business risks in contracts
