Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel, Lead to join their legal team and support corporate compliance and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance matters, including preparing Board materials and managing stockholder relations
• Lead corporate transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating NDAs and transaction documents
• Oversee equity plans, subsidiary governance, and provide legal advice on business matters

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar
• 7+ years of legal experience with 5+ years in a corporate department or law firm
• Knowledge of corporate and securities law, including compliance and governance
• Experience with M&A and strategic transactions preferred
• Familiarity with digital health technologies and healthcare regulations strongly preferred
