Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial & Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Manage litigation and disputes, including oversight of outside counsel and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of legal experience with a focus on commercial contracting
• Experience managing litigation and supporting corporate transactions
• Proven track record in legal department growth and operational improvements
